I’m not a video guy, but I’m fascinated by the video production process. When I first saw “The Paradox of Christmas,” I immediately wanted to know more about how it came to be. As it turns out, “The Paradox of Christmas” is the definition of a team effort. Nearly every member of the Igniter team contributed to the video -- from concept to script to brainstorming imagery to creating custom illustrations to animating those illustrations. As I explored the process behind creating “The Paradox of Christmas,” I thought some of you might be interested, too. I grabbed a camera and David Womack, a member of the Igniter team, and had him tell me about how the video and its illustrations came together. Obviously, we only scratch the surface of the Igniter team’s creative process, but it’s a start.
